It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a good safe neighborhood, located on Carleton Street, Redding CA 96002 (we have renters in the house now so please do not disturb if you drive by the house).
It is 4.5 miles to Bethel Church and 3.5 miles to the Redding Convention Center.
