We provide the following:

Bedding - sheets, pillow, and quilt for BSW and Summer Renters. Pillow and quilt for BSSM.

Kitchen items – Pots, pans, dishes, dinnerware, toaster oven, microwave, two refrigerators, oven, stove, etc.

Laundry - Free use of the washer and dryer.

Utilities include: Wireless Internet as well as Water, Electricity and Garbage.
Utilities are included in the price for BSW and Summer Renters. Utilities are extra for BSSM.

The Redding bus system is called RABA. You can see info on it at rabaride.com

There is a bus stop a few blocks from the house (about a 5 min. walk) and also one at the road that leads up to Bethel Church. There is a bus stop near the Redding Convention Center, also.

There is no smoking or pets allowed. It is a nice house in a good, safe neighborhood. Again, the house is on Carleton Street, Redding, CA 96002.
